The Complaint That Started It
Concrete Contractor Stickney started in 2017 with a complaint we kept hearing from homeowners. One company tore out the old driveway. A different crew showed up to pour. Somebody else was supposed to haul the debris, and nobody came back to backfill the edges. When something went wrong, everybody pointed at somebody else.
So we do it the other way. One crew. The same people break out the old concrete, dig and compact the base, set the forms, pour, finish, cure and clean up. If there is a question, you ask the owner, and the answer does not change depending on who you ask.
Nine years in, that is still the whole idea. Driveways, patios, walks, stamped work, foundations for garages and additions, and walks and pads for local businesses. Different jobs, one crew, start to finish.
What We Care About
Concrete that holds up because the base and the cure were done right. A price you can read. And a yard that looks better when we leave than when we arrived.
